Joy of Living – Mingyurs Rinpoches Teachings on Meditation…
I have the privilege to meet Mingyur Rinpoche in his first circle of Teachings after his 4 years of wandering retreat. Rinpoche left his Monastery in Bodhgaya in the middle of the night without informing no one about his destination and engage in a trip without almost nothing within himself a part of his body and mind. The process and result of this “adventure” you can read in his new book “In love with the World” as well as in the documentary “Wandering but not Lost”.
Since May 2016 I´ve attended his 2 long-term Teachings “Words of the Perfect Teacher” and “Moonbeams of Mahamudra” as well as the Program “Joy of living” which I repeated few times the first 2 levels. In between some short teachings about more specific subjects of the Vajrayana Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
Rinpoche has the rare ability to explain things to the public of the western countries in a very clear and methodical way. There is no one who can´t get what he points out, there is no person who can´t learn with him how to meditate properly. His courses are available to everyone, one can even do it online. You can take a look in few of his Videos on Youtube and as well try to learn how to meditate. Here I select some of the most interesting Videos. Enjoy it!
